What a company should know before requesting certification
What is Ágora Enterprise certification?
It is an institutional certification issued after an independent audit process covering practices related to ethics, artificial intelligence and productivity.
Is it included in the SCRIVAI ecosystem?
No. Certification and its audit are an independent service with their own scope, proposal and contracting process.
Is certification granted automatically?
No. Issuance depends on the audit, the evidence reviewed and compliance with applicable criteria.
What does the company receive at the end?
A structured view of its practices, findings and strengthening opportunities. Certification is issued only when appropriate based on the result.
How long does the certification last?
Twelve months. Annual renewal reviews continued compliance with the criteria and technological, organizational and regulatory changes.
Is it mandatory to use SCRIVAI software?
No. For companies with 500 or more people, it may optionally be incorporated as a continuous analysis layer without replacing the audit or guaranteeing certification.
