SCRIVAI assesses the Ágora Framework and its alignment with legal, regulatory and sector-specific requirements applicable to the scope and jurisdiction. It is not equivalent to government authorization and does not replace legal advice.

Certification is valid for twelve months. Material changes in systems, providers, processes or risks may require an extraordinary review before annual renewal.

What does Ágora University certify?
It certifies the audited university scope that demonstrates verifiable criteria for governance, human oversight, academic integration and responsible AI management.
Is it mandatory to use SCRIVAI software?
No. The audit is independent. The university may incorporate SCRIVAI as a complementary technology layer without this guaranteeing certification.
Does the certification cover the entire university?
It only covers the defined and assessed scope. It may include the entire institution or specific units, programs and processes.
What is its validity period?
Twelve months. Annual renewal reviews continued compliance with the criteria and technological, institutional and regulatory changes.
