Certification does not only assess which tools the university uses. It examines who decides, how AI is overseen and what evidence demonstrates responsible integration.
SCRIVAI assesses the Ágora Framework and its alignment with legal, regulatory and sector-specific requirements applicable to the scope and jurisdiction. It is not equivalent to government authorization and does not replace legal advice.

VALIDITY AND CONTINUITY
Certification is valid for twelve months. Material changes in systems, providers, processes or risks may require an extraordinary review before annual renewal.

No. The audit is independent. The university may incorporate SCRIVAI as a complementary technology layer without this guaranteeing certification.
