Ágora Schools does not certify children or turn their activity into surveillance. It certifies the audited institutional scope and how the school establishes criteria, responsibilities and human oversight.
SCRIVAI assesses the Ágora Framework and its alignment with legal, regulatory and sector-specific requirements applicable to the scope and jurisdiction. It is not equivalent to government authorization and does not replace legal advice.

Certification is valid for twelve months. Material changes in systems, providers, processes or risks may require an extraordinary review before annual renewal.

Does it certify individual students?
No. Ágora Schools is an institutional certification for schools and educational environments, not a personal student rating.
Is it mandatory to use SCRIVAI?
No. The audit can be conducted independently. The software can be incorporated as a complementary layer when the institution requires it.
What is the validity period?
Twelve months, with annual renewal and extraordinary review when material changes occur in audited systems or processes.
