THE CONCEPT
An institution does not obtain an Ágora Certification by using a tool or expressing a commitment to artificial intelligence. It must submit a defined scope for assessment and provide evidence of its practices.
SCRIVAI assesses the Ágora Framework and its alignment with the legal, regulatory and sector-specific requirements applicable to the scope and jurisdiction. Certification is not equivalent to government authorization and does not replace legal advice.
