THE CONCEPT

Certification is not about declaring. It is about demonstrating.

An institution does not obtain an Ágora Certification by using a tool or expressing a commitment to artificial intelligence. It must submit a defined scope for assessment and provide evidence of its practices.

SCRIVAI assesses the Ágora Framework and its alignment with the legal, regulatory and sector-specific requirements applicable to the scope and jurisdiction. Certification is not equivalent to government authorization and does not replace legal advice.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Clarity before starting a certification

What are Ágora Certifications?

They are certifications issued by SCRIVAI after an institutional assessment of applicable criteria for responsible AI integration, governance, capabilities and productivity.

What certifications are available?

Ágora Enterprise, Ágora University, Ágora Schools and Ágora Government. Each has an institutional scope and specific criteria.

Are they included in the SCRIVAI ecosystem?

No. Audit and certification are independent services with their own scope, proposal and contracting process.

Is certification obtained automatically?

No. Issuance depends on the audit, the evidence reviewed and compliance with applicable criteria.

How long does an Ágora Certification last?

It is valid for twelve months. Renewal verifies continued compliance with the criteria and the management of technological, organizational and regulatory changes.

Is it mandatory to implement SCRIVAI software?

No. The audit can be conducted independently. For organizations with 500 or more people, SCRIVAI may optionally be incorporated as a continuous analysis layer, without replacing the audit or guaranteeing certification.
